Shipping

We charge a flat rate of £3.50 for postage to UK addresses. Delivery will be within 3-5 working days

We may be able to provide express delivery if required - please contact us for a quote.

For delivery outside the UK, please request a quote.

 

Click and Collect

We offer the option click and collect. You will be able to select this option in the checkout section of the website. 

We will then contact you to arrange a time for you to collect your purchases.  

Returns

If you're are not satisfied with your purchase we can refund or exchange the item within 28 days of purchase - the item must be unused and in sellable condition in the original packaging.

For items being refunded we can only refund the cost of the item not the shipping and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.  Please insure that the return is sent with a trackable service and keep the proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

If an item arrives damaged or we have made a mistake, please let us know within 7 days and we will process a refund and pay for return postage.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
